Friday Link Love
I have decided I need some regular "features" here at Brad’s Reader. One of the simplest features is creating a list of links to other blogs (and even other general website articles) I have come across during the past week and post them here for you all to enjoy.
I’m going to try to keep these links writing/literature related, but a few off-topic links might find their way into my link lists every once in a while. This feature will hopefully be posted by Friday morning so you have something to read while you’re bored at work, counting down the minutes until 5pm rolls around.
Here’s my first installment of "Friday Link Love"!
Book reviews count more than you know
A good post by Terry Whalin about the importance of book reviews, especially to authors!
Are you writing for a broad audience?
Melissa at the Writing Forward blog has a great post about knowing your audience! She also includes a cool link to The Blog Readability Test to find out what reading level your blog requires.
Happy Birthday Blog World
The blog (as a medium) is 10-years old!
God Bless Tiny Tim
Forget "A Christmas Carol"! Here’s a great article about other holiday stories written by Charles Dickens.
Okay, my link list is a little short this week. Don’t worry, I should be better prepared next Friday. Until then, happy reading!
